Heading up Mount Rose you pass Timberline Dr. Just pass the buildings on the right there is a dirt roads on the right. Turn onto the dirt road on the right. If you passed the Galena Park entrance you've gone to far. The dirt roads are easy to miss so drive slow. Head towards the tree line against the mountain and park at the base.

This area is next to Galena Park, but I haven't seen any people in this area. Its not part of the hiking trails.
